Welcome to the apps BrandSnap, Focus – Daily Motivation, and WKB (together referred to as the “Apps”), owned and operated by WE TOGETHER GmbH, located at Zietenstraße 18, c/o Hillebrand 10783 Berlin, Germany ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Apps. By accessing or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Apps. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via the App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing frequency, are displayed in-app.

Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription via your app store account settings.

All content, design, and functionality of the Apps are the property of WE TOGETHER GmbH and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
   
• Use the Apps for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
   
• Interfere with the operation of the Apps or servers.
   

We do not allow any user-generated content (e.g., uploads, messages, comments).

Our Apps do not integrate with or link to any third-party services.

The Apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE TOGETHER GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
